Promising stand up comedian
Carolyn Riley is a comedian who has established herself as a smart, stand-out voice in the Boston comedy scene. Recently named Laugh Boston's "Funniest Person in Massachusetts," and formerly The University of New Hampshire's "Funniest Person on Campus," she has opened for national headliners including Melissa Villasenor (Saturday Night Live), Chris Distefano (MTV's "Guy Code"), Laurie Kilmartin (Last Comic Standing Finalist, Conan Staff Writer), and Jimmy Dunn (CBS's "The McCarthys"). She has performed in The Big Sky Comedy Festival, The Limestone Comedy Festival, The Boston Comedy Festival, The Rogue Island Comedy Festival, The Cape Cod Comedy Festival, and the Hampton Beach Comedy Festival. Carolyn has also made appearances on John Fugelsang's "Tell Me Everything" and "Stand Up with Pete Dominick" on Sirius XM radio. Carolyn will be "Comic in Residence" at The Comedy Studio, where she will open every show June 2019. Carolyn was recently crowned The North Shore's "Next Big Catch", and can be found regularly at Laugh Boston, Nick's Comedy Stop, and The Comedy Studio.
